About the Job
We are seeking an organized, customer-focused
Booking and Reservation Agent
to assist clients with researching options, coordinating reservations, and managing booking details.
The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, comparing available options, and keeping information accurate throughout the reservation process.

Responsibilities
Respond to booking inquiries and reservation requests
Gather client dates, preferences, budgets, and other relevant details
Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities
Compare availability, pricing, amenities, and booking policies
Explain reservation options and next steps clearly
Coordinate booking details with suppliers and service providers
Verify guest names, dates, itineraries, and confirmation information
Assist with reservation modifications and special requests
Maintain organized client notes and booking records
Follow up on outstanding questions and confirmations
Participate in training on booking resources and supplier options
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Customer-focused and professional approach
Comfortable researching and comparing options online
Basic proficiency with web browsers, email, and spreadsheets
Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
Willingness to learn reservation platforms
Reliable internet access and a suitable home workspace
Customer service, hospitality, or reservations experience is helpful but not required
