About the Role: Help keep our employee data in Personio accurate and up to date, making it easier for HQ and local teams to run smooth day-to-day people processes.
Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, hiring administration and offboarding.
Serve as the main point of contact for the ticketing tool across HQ and Factory.
Support factory employees with day-to-day People-related matters and operational queries.
Assist the People Ops team in their daily activities, collaborating closely with the People Business Partners.
