In this role, you will take part in regular field maintenance, cultivation, and crop handling throughout the season.
Your day-to-day duties will include:Preparing agricultural land and soil for planting across designated plotsSowing seeds and planting crops according to seasonal schedulesHarvesting crops carefully according to seasonal harvest guidelinesHandling, sorting, and preparing harvested produce for distribution, focusing mainly on vegetables as well as vineyards and nut grovesThis role is accessible to everyone regardless of formal educational background.
