As part of our continued growth, we are hiring a Service Lead Technician Special Operations (m/f/d) to join our Special Operations Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing major corrective operations and component exchanges while providing technical leadership and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Working closely with operational and back-office teams, you will contribute to maximizing wind farm availability and delivering a high level of service to our customers.

Execute major corrective operations, including major component exchanges, repairs, and re-commissioning activitiesProvide technical leadership, coordination, and support to technicians during special operations and complex fault resolutionPlan, organize, and oversee lifting operations in coordination with crane teams and external service providersEnsure compliance with Nordex quality standards, safety regulations, and all applicable HSE requirementsManage operational documentation, including lifting plans, repair reports, and administrative activities related to major component exchangesSupport the development of technical competencies through on-the-job development and operational training activitiesAct as the main technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders during special operations, ensuring effective communication and project executionYour ProfileTechnical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, or a related field5+ years of experience in the wind industry, including major corrective operations and component exchangesStrong technical knowledge of wind turbine systems and major component replacement activitiesProven ability to coordinate technical teams and manage complex field operationsCommitted to safety, quality, and continuous improvementFluent English language skillsWillingness to travelFor foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required when applying.
