Summary: We are seeking a Motion Design intern to join our team and help us execute new and innovative content creation projects within TransPerfect ContentLabs.
This person will play a vital role in Corporate and Product Marketing and must demonstrate knowledge in Motion Design and experience working with Adobe Creative Suite.
They will create complex illustrations, graphics, animation and video editing for a diverse array of Media, including smartphones, handheld electronic devices, web and television, among others.
Other projects can include title and post-production work, as well as multimedia campaigns, promotional products, technical illustrations and computer artwork for use in a variety of materials.
Position responsibilitiesBrainstorm and develop concepts and ideasCollaborate with internal teams to define design styles, approaches, and conceptualizationWork hand in hand with Animators and Illustrators, Content Managers and ScriptwritersCreate graphics and illustrations for presentations, videos, motion graphics, brand, social media, and morePaint by hand and use drawing/design applications to design original graphicsAssist with video editing, as well as in the development of videos from beginning to end (illustration, design and animation) as neededMaintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic filesEnsure company branding standards are met in all areas of production operationsPerform any other special tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role as assigned by the manager/supervisorEssential skills and experience requiredEligible to sign an internship agreement with the University or School you are enrolled in (ideally for a 6 month period)Studies related to Motion DesignStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishKnowledgeable in and experience using After Effects and Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft PowerPointPassion for digital media and motion graphics designCreative illustration abilitiesAble to work under strict deadlinesProactive and autonomous, and enjoys and is able to work in teamsArtistic background with a portfolioDesired skills and experienceKnowledge of Spanish at professional working proficiency (other additional languages would be an asset)Knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.
