W Barcelona is offering a Hotel Internship Program designed for current students to gain hands-on experience in hotel operations.
Interns will engage in onboarding, recruitment support, and HR administration as part of a structured learning path within Marriott's culture.
The internship runs for 6 months, is full-time (40 hours/week), starts in December, and requires an internship agreement with the student's university or college.
