Experteer Overview As the Global AI, Data u****amp; Digitalization Architect, you will shape DHL's worldwide digital landscape by turning real-world challenges into scalable data and AI-enabled solutions.
You will lead architecture across data, analytics and digital products, partnering with diverse regions to translate needs into implementable designs.
You'll validate new concepts with proofs of concept, ensuring solutions are practical, governed and scalable.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on data modeling and architectural leadership to deliver measurable value while advancing DHL's digital transformation.

• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to translate business needs into technology requirements
• Shape scalable data and digital solutions linking processes, data and technology
• Design robust data models and standards across systems and data products
• Define end-to-end architectures balancing scalability, security, privacy, reliability and cost
• Translate concepts into implementation-ready designs for product, engineering and platform teams
• Explore ideas through proofs of concept to assess feasibility and value at scale
• Drive global standardization with common data definitions and interfaces
• Assess AI and digital platforms, selecting approaches with long-term value Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience across data, analytics, architecture, digital products or enterprise technology
• Hands-on experience in modern data ecosystems with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure data services, Power BI/Tableau, Python and SQL
• Strong business acumen and ability to structure ambiguous problems
• Deep data modelling, data contracts, semantic layers, metadata, MDM, reference data and data-product principles
• Enterprise and solution architecture expertise across data, analytics, digital products and AI/GenAI
• Product focus with rapid prototyping and architecture specifications for engineering teams
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions
• Experience translating challenges into global data models and solutions
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data, engineering or related discipline; postgraduate study advantageous
