, we are looking for an experienced
Change Management Consultant
to join a major global transformation program within the
hospitality sector
, supporting strategic initiatives focused on
Customer Success, Marketing, Salesforce platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities
.
Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
Create and deliver communication plans, key messages, presentations, and change materials.
Support training and enablement activities to ensure successful adoption.
Define and monitor adoption KPIs and readiness metrics.
Identify change risks and recommend mitigation actions.
Support post go-live adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
Who are you?
5+ years of experience in Change Management
Proven experience supporting large-scale business or digital transformation programs
Experience with CRM, Customer Success, Marketing platforms, Salesforce, or related technologies is highly desirable
