About the role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Assist customers via phone, email, or live chat with inquiries, orders, or issues
Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction
Follow company procedures and maintain accurate records
Work with internal systems and online tools
Be part of a supportive, multicultural team
Requirements
What we're looking for:
Fluency in
Spanish
and a good level of
English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills
A customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Previous experience in customer support or related fields is a plus – but not required
