U21S Assistant Manager – Mens

Purpose of the RoleTo support the U21s Team Manager in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of coaching, player development, match preparation, and team operations.
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in creating a positive, high-performance environment that helps the team compete successfully in the U21s league.

Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Player DevelopmentAssist in planning and delivering training sessions.
Support the development of players' technical, tactical, physical, and mental performance.
Provide individual feedback and mentoring to players.
Help monitor player progression and welfare.
Matchday DutiesAssist with match preparation, analysis, and tactical planning.
Support team selection discussions and matchday logistics.
Provide tactical observations and feedback during matches.
Assist with post-match reviews and performance analysis.
Team ManagementPromote a positive, inclusive, and professional team culture.
Support communication between players, coaching staff, and club officials.
Help manage player attendance, discipline, and conduct.
Assist in recruitment and talent identification when required.
Administration & ComplianceEnsure adherence to league, club, and governing body regulations.
Assist with maintaining player records and training documentation.
Support safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirements.
Essential RequirementsFootball coaching qualification (FAW/UEFA qualification preferred).
Experience coaching or managing football teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Commitment to player development and women's football.
Desirable RequirementsExperience in football.
Match analysis and performance analysis experience.
Experience working within a competitive league environment.
