Job Description:

As a Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Group's strategic transformation and governance initiatives.
Your Missions
Conduct in-depth analyses on market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive positioning of the Group's brands (Amaris, LittleBig Connection, etc.)
Carry out benchmarks and ad hoc studies to inform strategic decision-making
Actively support the deployment of the Acc** transformation plan across the Group, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and operational execution
Contribute to the structuring and monitoring of transformation initiatives (AI in business and governance, new business models, offer evolution, growth strategies)
Prepare presentation materials for senior leadership bodies (ExCom, Board-level committees)
Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations
Work closely with operational teams, brands, and Corporate functions across the Group as part of Acc plan
Act as a genuine business partner for key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Your Profile
Master's degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university
Experience in strategic analysis, consulting, or finance
Proficiency in Microsoft tools
Fluent in English and French
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with C-level stakeholders
You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a strong team spirit
