OverviewIn this role, you'll advance global regulatory compliance for Taste raw materials, coordinating supplier qualification and data integrity in regulatory systems.
You'll collaborate with procurement and cross-functional teams to assess regulatory risks and support compliant product development.
You will act as a regulatory systems expert, guiding internal stakeholders and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

ResponsabilidadesEvaluate regulatory compliance and qualify Taste raw material suppliers in line with legislation, specifications, and business standards
Conduct regulatory and specification assessments of new Taste raw materials for portfolio integration
Review supplier documentation to assess regulatory compliance, identify gaps, and support robust regulatory decisions
Encode and maintain accurate regulatory information in our systems to ensure data integrity for global compliance
Support internal stakeholders with regulatory queries and guidance on qualification status and system usage
Act as an advanced user and reference for regulatory systems, aiding in data/system issue resolution
Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives involving raw materials and regulatory affairs
Requisitos principalesBachelor's degree in a scientific or regulatory field (3+ years in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or related, preferably in food/flavour/chemical industry)
Knowledge of applicable regulations, supplier documentation, and regulatory data management
Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and task prioritization
Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
