Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and coordinate global project teams to drive milestone achievement in oncology projects.
You work closely with cross-functional groups to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with Premier Research processes.
You act as the primary customer liaison and contribute to business development through proposals and client relationships.
This position offers a meaningful way to shape solutions that advance cancer therapies and diagnostics.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Manage and coordinate global project team efforts across Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety to achieve milestones and successful project delivery
• Oversee budget and scope to realize project profitability
• Ensure all tasks align with project plans and compliance with Premier Research policies
• Serve as primary liaison to customers for assigned projects; chair project team meetings and teleconferences
• Assist in business development activities, including proposal development and leading proposal presentations with Business Development and Scientific Account Leadership
• Build strong relationships with current clients to generate new or add-on business Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, biological-, or science-related field
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a CRO/Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Specialty Pharma setting
• Budget/finance/costing experience on a project level
• Experience managing complex trials, multiple phases, and full lifecycle
• Global experience required
• In-depth therapeutic area and protocol knowledge in Oncology Requisitos principales •
