OverviewIn this on-site role in Vadodara, you lead the resident operations team for the C295 FAL integration program, coordinating with Production, Quality, ME and Procurement and Airbus stakeholders.
You will oversee the industrialization phase with TASL, ensuring alignment with contracts and delivery milestones.
The position involves managing cross-functional activities to deliver aircraft to the Flight Line and customer, and supporting the Make in India industrial ecosystem.
A two- to three-year expatriation is expected to support India Flight Line operations.
You will shape safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing culture at scale.

Contractual oversight including tracking CDRLs and milestones
Partner collaboration with TASL and adherence to Airbus standards
Governance and escalation in site forums to resolve issues
Production management and KPI tracking to meet plans, quality, and cost targets
Cross-functional orchestration with internal and external teams
Delivery oversight from integration to Flight Line and customer acceptance
Quality, safety, and FOD compliance to maintain a manufacturing culture
Requisitos principalesExperience leading multi-functional production teams in an aerospace/assembly environment
Proven ability to manage production plans, KPI tracking, and delivery milestones
Exposure to contract management and supplier coordination
