Biomaterials Researcher: Plant Polysaccharide Extraction

UNIOVI in Spain seeks a Researcher (First Stage Researcher, R1) to work on the characterization of plant polysaccharide residues for recovery and use as biomaterial. You will apply physical and chemical techniques to extract polysaccharides and develop hydrolysis and chemical modifications to produce biomaterials.
The role requires a degree in Biology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology, or equivalent, and offers a temporary, full-time contract starting
