Navy Ports Program Lead – Training Systems

Serco Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the PORTS program in the Middletown, RI area, coordinating between the Program Manager, customers, and engineering teams.
You will drive schedules, budgets, and quality metrics to deliver simulation-based training systems for the US Surface Navy, with travel up to 10%.
The role requires US citizenship, a DoD Secret clearance eligibility, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and at least 5 years of management experience including P&L.
