We are currently looking for a motivated professional to join our team in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry as a Norwegian Speaking Customer Expert for Delivery Services position in Greece.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients regarding complex international delivery and supply chain inquiries
Monitor and manage logistical transit data to ensure timely delivery of goods across the supply chain network
Provide proactive solutions to delivery issues, coordinating effectively between warehouses, carriers, and end customers
Maintain high service standards by addressing queries through phone, email, and live chat within the logistics sector
Utilize advanced supply chain software to track shipments and resolve discrepancies in real-time
Document service interactions and provide feedback to improve long-term logistical efficiency
Contribute to a high-performing team focused on excellence in Norwegian-speaking jobs within the logistics field
Requirements
Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate seamless employment in Greece
Strong interest in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry and a commitment to customer excellence
Proficiency in English to facilitate communication with international partners and team members
Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve logistical problems under pressure
Comfortable working remotely within Greece while maintaining professional operational standards
