Description:
Solenis is seeking a highly motivated and independent Legal Counsel to join its EMEA Legal team. The successful candidate will provide legal support to business stakeholders across the EMEA region, handling commercial contracts, disputes, M&A integrations, and compliance matters including GDPR and anti-corruption regulations. The role involves working in a dynamic, international environment and managing outside counsel.
Eligibility:
Applicants must possess a Master's degree in law (LL.M) or equivalent and be admitted to the bar in a European jurisdiction. A minimum of 5 years of postgraduate legal experience in a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel is required. Candidates must have the right to work in the EU and be fluent in English.
