It O&L System Lead | Pharma

We are looking for an IT O&L System Lead to ensure the operational excellence, stability, and compliance of a group of systems and applications within a global IT environment.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day system operations, ensuring compliance with IT standards and coordinating activities across business and IT teams.
You will combine IT Service Management practices with a solid technical understanding of infrastructure, cloud, databases, networking, and data platforms, while supporting system transitions, enhancements, and lifecycle management.
TASKS &

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor SLAs, access and identity controls, audit trails, and other operational requirements.
Ensure operational compliance and maintain the required system documentation.
Coordinate backup, recovery, disaster recovery testing, and infrastructure patching activities.
Manage incidents, problems, and changes throughout the system lifecycle.
Implement small software enhancements and configuration changes.
Coordinate software management and system-related activities across IT and business teams.
Collect, assess, and process demands from business users.
Work with Infrastructure teams on system remediation, migration, replacement, and decommissioning.
Coordinate system archiving and retirement activities.
Support the onboarding of systems from functional areas into the EOC.
