About the role
We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to take ownership of HR operations in Spain, while supporting our people across other countries. You will be our first in-house HR professional in Spain, giving you the opportunity to shape how we manage the employee processes. From employment contracts and payroll admin to fostering an excellent employee experience, you will be the go-to person for all things HR in Spain. Beyond that, you'll work closely with our People team and external partners to keep our international HR operations running smoothly. It's a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, keeping things organised and making sure people processes run smoothly as the company grows.
As a People Operations Specialist at Xolo, you will: Employment in Spain Own the full employee lifecycle for our team in Spain, from onboarding to offboardingMake sure our practices follow Spanish labour law and the applicable collective agreementWork with our payroll provider and external advisors, ensuring that payroll inputs, Social Security registrations and reporting are correct and on timeManage occupational health and safety for our team in SpainBe the first point of contact for employees in Spain on contracts, leave, benefits and other employment questionsHR Operations Across The Company Prepare and manage employment documents for different countries, using our templates and working with local advisors when neededManage day-to-day work with our EOR partners: onboarding and offboarding,
and receive a monthly remote work allowance. Plus, you'll be part of our annual company summer event in Estonia
