Role Description The EU Sales Marketing Manager for the California Sports Sunglass Brand (Cycling, Baseball, Racquet) will lead sales and marketing activities for the European market from the Taipei office.
This full-time, on-site role is responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing distributor and retailer relationships, and driving growth across cycling, baseball, and racquet sport sunglasses.
The role includes planning and implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating product launches, and overseeing brand positioning and messaging tailored to EU audiences.
Day-to-day tasks involve market analysis, sales forecasting, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with product and design teams to align offerings with regional needs.
The manager will also organize trade shows and events, prepare sales and marketing reports, and ensure that customer feedback is regularly integrated into business decisions.
Qualifications Proven experience in sales management or
