Touchdown Labs in Spain is seeking a Bonding, Assembly & Rework Engineer to ensure qualified assembly routes for die attach, bonding, and package assembly. You will specify criteria, inspect gates, and drive reliability through controlled rework vs. scrap decisions.
You will collaborate with process, quality, test, and supplier teams to define handling, alignment, and cure controls, measuring alignment and interconnect integrity to prevent latent reliability risks.
