Provide exceptional customer support via emailsProvide information on loan terms, account details, and legal mattersManage tickets and workflows using Zendesk and JiraExcellent English and German skills (C1 for both spoken and written)Experience in customer supportBackground in banking, legal, or financial servicesSolid understanding of GDPR and data privacy standardsProficiency in using Zendesk and JiraStrong attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or legal informationPersonal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)Experience with ConfluenceOpportunity to work fully remotePaid intensive training and probationindependent contractors may not be eligible for all of these.
