OverviewYou will lead manufacturing operations across sites to achieve safety, quality, service, and cost targets.
As part of Nutreco's manufacturing network, you'll coach high-performing teams and ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards.
You'll monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and operational excellence.
This role offers exposure to multiple plants in Spain and Portugal and a strong impact on sustainable food production.
ResponsabilidadesLead manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, service and cost targets
Manage production, maintenance, and operational performance within a site
Develop and coach teams to drive engagement and high performance
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards
Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and operational excellence
Requisitos principalesExperience in plant management, production management, manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience in feed, food, agricultural, or related manufacturing industries valued
Experience in team leadership
Fluent English; Fluent Spanish or Portuguese
