Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the optimization of oil production in the Huyapari field, developing and monitoring engineering databases and automation tools.
You will work closely with the Optimization team to issue performance reports and recommendations, driving data-driven decisions to maximize recovery and minimize costs.
You will support SCADA integrations, digital initiatives, and the use of analytic workflows to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
This position offers impact through enhancing well performance, reliability, and process optimization across the production system.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Identify conditions to maximize oil production at the lowest cost based on reservoir offers and recovery potential
• Optimize well performance, integrity and reliability with focus on cost, capacity, and efficiency
• Apply continuous improvement across the production system from reservoir to delivery
• Create, manage, and maintain databases of producing wells for parameter evaluation
• Resolve technical issues in project databases and SCADA integrations with automation and IT teams
• Support engineering disciplines in using and deploying well automation tools
• Perform other relevant activities as directed by Optimization manager
• Identify and promote digital opportunities for the Optimization Engineering area
• Drive digital, analytical and workflow solutions to improve data quality Responsabilidades
• Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineer with strong computer science and programming knowledge
• Over 10 years of experience in production engineering and optimization of heavy crude wells
• Experience with Microsoft Access, Visual Basic, SQL, Oracle
• Knowledge of business intelligence, Big Data and database management
• Proficiency in operational, security and administrative standards
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, proactivity and self-learning Requisitos principales •
