During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Your missions
Analyze and understand business processes and data models to identify and address data requirements
Liaise with business contacts or analysts to translate needs into technical specifications
Ingest and model data using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse platforms
Develop and optimize database schemas, relationships, and performance for data solutions
Design and implement dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights
Implement data quality checks and ensure compliance with data security standards
Oversee the operation and mentoring of a small team of developers, managing priorities and workload
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions supporting various business domains
Your profile
7+ years of progressively responsible experience in
data engineering
with a focus on
data modelling
and 4+ years in data engineering (Microsoft Fabric or
Azure Synapse
) and
report development (Power BI
). Proven track record as a Data Engineer or similar role, and in Power BI development, including Paginated or SSRS reports.
Proficiency with Microsoft Data Stack, including Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics
Experience in Data Lake and Data Lakehouse implementation (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server, Apache Spark/Hadoop)
Experience in Data Vault and dimensional data modeling techniques
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL
Academic background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
English fluent. Other languages are a plus.
