Experteer Overview In this role you will shape China's rare disease access landscape to enable sustained portfolio expansion.
You will align with AZ China, GVAP, and global teams to design and drive an actionable market access and pricing framework tailored to China.
You will engage with payers, regulators, and stakeholders to unlock opportunities and build a robust, country-specific access ecosystem.
You will lead cross-functional collaboration and capability building to navigate the RD landscape with strategic clarity.
This is a high-impact, cross-border role based in Barcelona that connects China strategy with global expertise to deliver meaningful patient access.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Provide strategic guidance to establish and drive a cross-functional market access and pricing policy framework aligned with local access strategy
• Identify and propose strategic access initiatives to unlock China rare disease opportunities and payer policy
• Support development of external engagement materials (narratives, papers) for payers and government officials
• Participate in local stakeholder events and co-create tailored operational support for China teams to navigate the RD landscape
• Share best practices and build capability for country-level market access initiatives Responsabilidades
• Proven market access experience with successful cross-functional implementations
• Understanding of China access and policy environment for rare diseases or specialized medicines
• China country market expertise/experience (preferred)
• Experience in cross-functional project development and management
• Rare disease or specialized drugs therapy area expertise
• Drug development and/or commercialization experience in pharma/medical industry
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (highly desired) Requisitos principales •
