Our client, an established business travel provider, is looking for a Senior Business Travel Specialist to join its contact center team in central Málaga.
You'll advise and book tailor-made trips for corporate clients, take on complex ticketing, and help newer colleagues grow.

What you'll do
Handle calls and online requests from business travellers, following clear guidelines and proceduresDig into each client's needs, think along with them and proactively suggest options and extras they hadn't thought ofBuild tailor-made itineraries (dynamic packaging) by combining flights, hotels and other services, often across complex routesFind the best price and connection for each trip, using in-depth knowledge of fare structures, conditions and rules (IATA)Make, change and cancel reservations in booking systems, and issue tickets for individual and group travellersCheck calculated ticket fares and process tickets correctly to avoid ADMsKeep clients informed about fare, tax and airline changesPrepare booking confirmations and invoices, and check travel documentsUpsell related and additional services, and prioritise preferred suppliersFollow up on customer satisfaction and handle complaints as the first point of contactSupport the on-call service when ticketing problems come upShare your knowledge, help new colleagues with their questions and support their developmentWork flexibly across different offices and client accountsWhat you bringFluent Dutch and good English, both spoken and writtenSolid experience in business travel or ticketingIn-depth knowledge of airline fares, fare structures and conditions; xqbhyrx an IATA certificate is a strong plusExperience with a GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)A strong customer-service and commercial mindsetAccuracy and attention to detail, especially with fares, bookings and invoicesEnjoyment in coaching others and sharing knowledgeFlexibility and a willingness to keep up with changing products, suppliers and proceduresWhat's on offerA senior role where your expertise makes a real difference for clients and colleaguesOngoing training in travel products, systems and destinations#J-*-Ljbffr
