Experteer Overview In this role, you drive the analytics capability within Services u**amp; Operations, turning data into strategic insights and measurable outcomes.
You will partner with business and tech teams to enable data-driven decisions, governance, and AI-enabled value.
The position sits at the intersection of data, governance, and advanced analytics, with broad visibility and a focus on improving operational performance.
You will lead the data and AI transformation journey and help leaders act quickly on insights that boost efficiency and business results.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that shapes how the organization leverages data to create value.

• Define and implement governance mechanisms to improve data quality, consistency, reliability, and trust
• Establish data standards, documentation practices, and measurement frameworks
• Drive analytics demand management and prioritization to focus on high-value opportunities
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization
• Enable AI adoption by preparing governed, business-relevant datasets
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to increase productivity and create business value
• Partner with technical teams to operationalize AI-enabled insights and intelligent workflows
• Measure and communicate the business impact of AI and analytics initiatives Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or related technical roles
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in applicable field
• Advanced SQL, data analysis, and statistical methodologies
• KPI development and business performance management
• Power BI and modern visualization platforms
• Data modeling and semantic layer development
• ETL/ELT design and data pipeline orchestration
• Data governance, quality management, and metadata practices
• Understanding of AI and generative AI applications in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with data preparation and governance for AI solutions
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical teams
• Analytical problem-solving with an engineering-first approach
