CRAG-Centre de Recerca Agrigenòmica is seeking a PhD student to join the Rosaceae genetics and genomics group. The project focuses on transposable elements and their role in plant evolution using Physcomitrium as a model with bioinformatics and molecular biology analyses.
The contract is part of a grant and will involve sequencing analyses, Hi-C and ChIP-Seq techniques, under a one-year full-time arrangement in Spain.
