OverviewIn this role you support sales by identifying technical solutions that grow the Messaging portfolio.
You will work with sales, product teams, and customers to ensure offerings meet requirements and to uncover new opportunities.
You'll stay current with technology trends and help others understand how SITA's Messaging services work.
The role sits within the Communications and Data Exchange unit, contributing to global connectivity for airlines, airports, and border agencies.
This is a chance to shape solutions in a fast-paced, data-driven industry.

ResponsabilidadesProvide technical sales support for existing and new customers in collaboration with commercial sales
Collaborate with product teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and identify new offerings
Help internal stakeholders understand how SITA's Messaging service works
Stay updated with latest technology trends and participate in training
Coordinate with commercial managers and sales on solution design and development
Assist with project transfer to implementation and cross-party coordination
Share knowledge and ideas with colleagues to foster collaboration
Requisitos principales3-5 years of technical sales experience
Preference for aviation/airport experience
Knowledge of IATA/ICAO messaging standards or related messaging system experience
Understanding of data exchange technologies (ATI experience preferred)
Fluent English; Spanish a plus
