Your Purpose & Impact:
- Lead the HR Foundations: Manage the full employee lifecycle for a multilingual, target-driven sales population.
- Navigate Legislation & Labor Relations: Expertly handle Spanish labor law, manage NIE onboarding/support for expats, and proactively establish constructive relations with local employee representatives/unions.
- Drive Business Performance: Partner with Sales Leadership to tackle attrition, manage absenteeism, and hold difficult HR conversations with confidence and pragmatism.
