Responsibilities
Handling Queries, Requests, and Complaints from customers tactfully in the Spanish language.
Following standard processes and procedures when it comes to providing the solution.
Providing Customer service at every interaction, ensuring end-to-end resolution by taking complete ownership of the customer in every transaction.
Achieving superior customer engagement and ensuring a significant improvement in customer experience.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Exceptional Spanish language fluency, computer literacy, phone etiquette, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
Required dialects of Spanish:
Catalan (Català), Valencian (Valencià), Basque (Euskara), Galician (Galego)
