We are Tenth Revolution Group, a UK-based talent consultancy specializing in the IT & Digital market. We are currently partnering with a leading global organization that is expanding its International IT Hub in Madrid. As part of this growth, we are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join a global team responsible for delivering, improving, and supporting business-critical applications across multiple countries. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an international environment, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to drive digital transformation initiatives and shape the future of enterprise solutions on a global scale. Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing expertise on Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and related technologies.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system solutions.
• Design, implement, and enhance Dynamics 365 solutions in line with business needs and global IT standards.
• Manage and coordinate change requests, ensuring successful delivery through established IT governance processes.
• Collaborate with business users, process experts, and technical teams to improve operational efficiency and system performance.
• Lead or participate in international IT projects, from requirements gathering through implementation and handover to operations.
• Support global users by providing 2nd and 3rd level application support.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and implementation partners to ensure high-quality deliverables and ongoing service excellence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, applications, and technologies.
• Participate in testing activities, documentation, user training, and solution adoption initiatives. Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related business applications.
• Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and delivering business-focused implementations.
• Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.
• Experience working on IT projects within international or multinational environments.
• Ability to coordinate with business stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of system integrations, application support, and change management processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience providing 2nd/3rd level support is highly desirable.
• Fluent English is required.
• Availability for occasional international travel. What do
