Principal Project Manager

Job ID: 744000153446035 Principal Project Manager (m/f/d) with Catalan Barcelona, Reus, Valencia Professional Regular T-Systems Iberia ### Your Task A manager is needed, both at the project level and collaborating in the global management of the data department, with proven experience in the field of data&analytics. #### Responsibilities
- Manage complex projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget and quality
- Participate in the leadership and coordination of the Data area, ensuring compliance with strategic and operational objectives
- Define and execute the technological strategy of the area in collaboration with management
- Coordinate multidisciplinary Data Engineering, Architecture, BI and Analytics teams
- Manage the relationship with strategic customers, acting as the main interlocutor in high-impact initiatives
- Oversee the economic planning of the area, including budgeting, profitability, forecasting and cost control
- Promote the adoption of new technologies and cloud services related to data and AI
- Participate in pre-sales processes, preparation of proposals and business development
- Establish standards, methodologies and good practices for managing projects and teams ###

Your Profile
We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Manager with extensive experience in data projects, proven leadership capabilities, and strong knowledge of modern data architectures and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate should have strategic vision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams. #### Must Have Skills
- More than 10 years of experience in projects related to Data and Business Intelligence
- Demonstrable experience leading data areas or departments
- Experience in managing multiple projects and programs at the same time
- Experience in economic management of projects and cost centers
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies
- Ability to communicate with clients, management and high-level stakeholders
- Knowledge of modern data architectures: Data Warehouse, Data Lake and Lakehouse
- Strong knowledge of the main hyperscalers: Azure, AWS and GCP
- Strategic leadership competency
