At Antal International , within our Events division, we are currently looking for an Event Project Manager based Barcelona or Madrid for one of our clients, a leading international events agency. Are you passionate about creating exceptional events? Do you enjoy working with international clients, travelling, and turning ideas into memorable experiences? This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic international events agency that delivers high-end MICE, corporate, and experiential events for international clients. 🎯 YOUR MISSION Lead projects from the conceptual stage through to execution, managing clients, budgets, suppliers, and production teams to deliver exceptional international events. 🚀 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage relationships with international clients.
- Understand client briefs, objectives, and expectations.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Lead projects from the initial briefing through to final delivery.
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate venues, catering, audiovisuals, branding, entertainment, transportation, and logistics.
- Manage suppliers and production partners.
- Ensure seamless execution throughout the event.
- Manage project budgets and profitability.
- Negotiate with suppliers and partners.
- Monitor costs, contracts, and invoices. 🧩 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 3+ years of experience in event management, MICE, event production, corporate events, incentives, or conferences.
- English – C1 level required.
- Spanish– C1 level is a plus.
- Experience working in international environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client focus and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness and availability to travel internationally. 💥 WHAT DO
