We are looking for technically minded graduates and master’s students who want to develop their commercial judgment, work directly with experienced advisors, and take responsibility for the quality of what they deliver. We look for people who examine assumptions, care about the details, raise concerns early, and follow through because the outcome matters to the client. What you will work on You will normally begin with internal work to learn our methods and demonstrate the quality we expect. The current plan focuses approximately the first three months on our existing website and AI capabilities, including implementation, testing, and documentation. Working with guidance from our advisors, you will:
- Build and improve practical AI-assisted workflows, checking how they work and understanding their limitations.
- Assess technical feasibility, effort, and risk, and explain the implications for business decisions.
- Develop clear analysis and recommendations, potentially including market research, growth options, business cases, or process improvements.
- Learn how client needs become propositions and proposals, and contribute to business development. Client involvement grows with demonstrated readiness and project needs. Throughout the internship, you will receive direct feedback and coaching from experienced colleagues. What you bring
- A completed bachelor’s degree. Current enrollment in a master’s program is preferred.
- Technical depth in computer science, information systems, business informatics, engineering, or another discipline supported by substantial practical experience.
- Strong written and spoken English. German is a significant advantage, but is not required.
- Evidence that you can investigate an unfamiliar problem, make sound decisions, and explain your reasoning.
- The willingness to check your work carefully, act on feedback, and take responsibility when something needs correcting. Experience with AI-assisted development, web development, or agent systems is particularly relevant. We assess practical ability, communication, ownership, and the capacity to learn; university grades are not a screening criterion. The practical details The internship lasts six months, with compensation of €1,200 per month. You should be able to start within the next three months. The role is based in Valencia, Spain. You will initially work on site, normally for the first two to three months. Greater flexibility may be agreed afterward, with continued in-person presence in Valencia. You must already have the right to work in Spain for the full placement and be able to relocate before starting. You do not need to live in Spain when you apply.
