- Manage contracts related to projects and services
- Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance
- Support forecasting and financial planning activities
- Prepare financial reports at both Business Unit and project level
- Provide financial guidance to internal stakeholders and business units
- Prepare service offer calculations and business cases
- Drive automation initiatives and process improvements using AI
- Work with ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Create and analyze reports using Power BI
- Collaborate with international stakeholders in a multicultural environment ✅ What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Management, Controlling, or related areas
- Strong understanding of financial processes and controlling practices
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Well-organized, structured, and reliable way of working
- Experience working in multicultural and international environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
