Are you a Dynamics 365 Developer (CCaaS) seeking a new interesting challenge ? 🔍 If your answer is yes, it’s your lucky day so keep reading, it can be just what you're looking for 👀 ✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO? We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks :
- Design, develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center solutions.
- Build and maintain customizations including plugins, PCF controls, JavaScript components, custom APIs and web resources.
- Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Implement complex case management workflows, routing logic, SLAs and business process automation.
- Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CCaaS and enterprise systems using Azure services.
- Configure and enhance omnichannel capabilities across Chat, Email, Voice, WhatsApp and Webforms.
- Develop chatbot and voice bot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams to support CI/CD, ALM and environment promotion strategies. 💻 WHAT TOOLS WILL YOU USE?

- Power BI & CI/CD pipelines 🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 4+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service / CCaaS solutions, with hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, Power Platform, omnichannel services and customer service environments.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications through Azure services, following DevOps, ALM, security, compliance and data governance best practices.
- Strong professional proficiency in English. 📅 WHERE AND WHEN?
