The
Customer Service Representative
is responsible for processing customer orders, managing complaints, issuing credit notes, overseeing invoice administration, and resolving order disputes. In this role, you will deliver an enhanced customer experience through clear communication, swift issue resolution, and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
You will join a dynamic EMEA Customer Service team located on-site in Barcelona for a
6-month temporary assignment
.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Utilize strong data entry skills to review and input order details, monitor EDI and digital order flows, and assist in troubleshooting digital platform issues.
- Track shipments through to delivery, proactively solve logistical issues, and drive continuous improvement toward key On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice management, process credit notes, and resolve billing disputes in close collaboration with the Accounts Receivable team.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and phone calls while maintaining high standards of service, accuracy, and professionalism. Essential
Requirements:
- High School diploma (or equivalent experience) with 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in customer service, order management, or logistics.
- Trilingual fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (spoken and written). Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce / SFDC), and EDI digital order workflows is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, excellent problem-solving ability, and strong interpersonal communication skills. Additional

- Contract Duration: 6-month temporary contract.
- Travel: Up to 10% (occasional regional and international travel may be required).
