Role Description The Bellman role is a full-time, on-site position based in Madrid. This role focuses on welcoming guests on arrival, assisting with luggage, guiding guests through the property, and providing information about club, hotel, and dining services. The Botones will support front desk and concierge activities, including escorting guests to rooms, arranging taxis or transport, and responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Daily tasks also include maintaining lobby and entrance areas, ensuring a polished and safe environment, and coordinating with other departments to deliver seamless service. The role requires a professional appearance, consistent punctuality, and a strong commitment to hospitality standards. Qualifications
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with a focus on courteous, attentive guest interaction.
- Good communication abilities in Spanish; additional languages such as English are a plus.
- Ability to handle luggage and perform physical tasks safely, with attention to detail and care.
- Organizational skills to coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and transport efficiently.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in hotels, private clubs, or luxury hospitality environments is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Madrid’s main attractions, transport options, and cultural venues is an advantage.
