We’re seeking an energetic HR Generalist with an innovative mindset and a passion for driving talent acquisition, seamless HR administration, and a positive workplace experience. Your role ● Manage daily HR administration, ensuring smooth employee life-cycle processes from onboarding to offboarding. ● Drive end-to-end talent acquisition efforts to attract, interview, and hire top talent for our growing teams. ● Oversee Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) compliance, maintaining a secure and healthy environment for all employees. ● Act as the go-to point of contact for team members, resolving general HR inquiries and fostering a supportive workplace culture. ● Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to continuously improve our internal policies and employee engagement. What we’re looking for ● 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally with a background in the fast-paced retail industry. ● Proven hands-on experience managing full-cycle talent acquisition, HR administration, and PRL processes. ● A strong problem-solving attitude with the agility and organization to juggle multiple core HR functions. ● Excellent communication skills with fluency in Spanish and English to support our international team in Barcelona.
