Do you want to work for a SaaS tech startup with clients all over the world?
At ShuttleCloud, we're building the future of BI, starting with email. Email Meter is transforming how organizations understand and optimize their communication patterns, response times, and customer relationships. We help businesses turn their email data into actionable insights that drive better outcomes.
Incubated at Techstars in New York City and backed by top investors from Silicon Valley and New York, including SV Angel and Third Kind Venture Capital, our products move, measure, and manage data reliably across email migration, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 analytics, and industrial IoT/business intelligence. We're a team of builders who believe that every email interaction contains valuable data waiting to be unlocked.
About the role
We're looking for a Customer Success Intern to help us keep our enterprise customers engaged, getting value from the platform, and growing with us. This is a hands-on role from the start. Our customers are mid-size and large organizations all over the world, and you will be in front of them within your first weeks, running onboardings, preparing reviews and answering the questions that come up every day. You will learn the product, the data behind it and how our customers actually use it, with the goal of owning your own portfolio of accounts. Please note: This is an in-person position based at our Madrid office in the Pacífico neighborhood, which is very easily accessible by public transportation. What you will do
• Run onboarding sessions for new customers and make sure they reach real value in their dashboards early.
• Monitor platform usage across the customer base, spot accounts where usage is dropping and act on them well before renewal.
• Prepare and co-lead quarterly business reviews, pulling the data and building the story behind it.
• Build recurring insight reports that go beyond the dashboard, finding the one or two things in a customer's data that matter to their business.
• Handle day-to-day customer requests, triage them and work with technical team members on the ones that need product work.
• Keep customer records up to date, including renewal dates, usage, interaction history and churn reasons.
• Spot expansion opportunities in your accounts, from additional mailboxes to our AI features, and bring them to the team.
• Take what you learn from customers so we can improve the product and grow the company. What we are looking for
• Bilingual in English or very advanced spoken and written English skills. The role runs in English with US and European customers. German or French is a plus, both even better.
• Comfortable with data. You can read a dashboard, work in spreadsheets and explain what a number means for a business.
• Clear, concise written communication. A large part of the job is emails and reports that a busy executive reads in two minutes.
• Organized and able to keep many accounts moving at once without letting things slip.
• Genuine curiosity about how our customers' businesses work, not only about our product.
• You get real work out of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT and similar), from making sense of a messy dataset to drafting a customer report or automating something repetitive. We use them daily and we expect you to.
• Experience with BI tools such as Data Studio or Apache Superset is a plus.
