Group Head of Accounting & Consolidation Build, Transform and Lead Finance Across a Growing European SaaS Group We are looking for an experienced Group Head of Accounting to join a growing international SaaS business and play a key role in shaping the future of its finance function. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll be responsible for leading Group Accounting across multiple European entities, bringing greater consistency, control and visibility to the organisation's financial operations. This is an opportunity to step into a role with genuine scope to influence how accounting, reporting and finance processes are structured as the business continues to evolve. What You'll Be Doing
• Leading Group accounting and consolidation across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Owning monthly, quarterly and annual reporting under French GAAP
• Improving accounting processes, controls and governance across the Group
• Driving standardisation and efficiency across international finance operations
• Overseeing cash reporting, treasury visibility and working capital processes
• Partnering with auditors, tax advisors, lenders and investors
• Supporting tax optimisation initiatives and broader finance transformation projects
• Assisting with due diligence activities and strategic corporate initiatives
• Leading and developing a finance team of approximately nine people, supported by local finance leadership across multiple locations What We're Looking For
• Significant experience leading Group Accounting, Financial Control or Consolidation functions
• Strong experience managing multi-entity and international reporting environments
• Expertise in French GAAP reporting
• A track record of improving accounting processes, controls and finance operations
• Strong cash management and treasury reporting experience
• Experience working with private equity-backed businesses, lenders or investors
• Experience supporting audits, due diligence exercises, refinancing or corporate transactions
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent English and professional French (Experience within SaaS, technology, fintech or other high-growth, multi-entity businesses would be advantageous.)
