• Marketing instincts. You notice what earns people's attention and can explain why a campaign or proposition works. You bring original ideas and the judgement to connect
• them to a customer need.
• Drive and ownership. You set yourself demanding goals, take initiative and follow through when the work becomes difficult. You take responsibility for the result and find ways to keep moving.
• Curiosity and learning. You pick up unfamiliar topics quickly, seek out feedback and experiment with AI and new tools.
• Teamwork and communication. You communicate fluently in English and turn ideas into clear briefs for colleagues and partners. You help others succeed, give candid feedback and welcome challenges to your thinking.
• Relevant experience. You bring around 1–2 years in strategy consulting, ideally at McKinsey, BCG or Bain, or in a startup or scale-up. Experience in both environments, including through internships, is a plus. Job Responsibilities Bring strong marketing instincts and the ambition to develop them across the full go-to-market function. You'll build your expertise through real campaigns and increasingly broad challenges, working alongside local teams and specialists.
• Shape the growth plan. Work with the commercial transformation lead and local teams to identify the audiences, categories and regions where marketing can make the biggest difference, and focus activity and spend accordingly.
• Create and launch bold campaigns. Develop distinctive messages and creative ideas, then work with agencies and local teams to test and launch them across digital and physical channels.
• Measure impact and steer investment. Work with data specialists on attribution and experiments that show which activities generate additional customers or revenue. Use the findings to improve campaigns and guide budgets.
• Reinvent marketing with AI. Test AI across research, creative production and campaign execution, and help select the tools and workflows that make the marketing team more effective.
• Grow across the go-to-market function. Build your expertise across paid marketing, out-of-home campaigns, CRM, SEO and sales as your remit grows, working with specialists to improve targeting, measurement and execution.
• Scale successful approaches. Turn effective campaigns, measurement methods and AI workflows into tools and playbooks that other marketplace teams can adopt. Job Benefits Compensation.
