About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Reporting & Controlling Specialist to join our international finance organization and support reporting, controlling and accounting activities across multiple entities and systems. A key focus of the role will be supporting consolidated reporting processes, analysing financial performance, and managing US GAAP to IFRS adjustments associated with business and legal entity structures. The successful candidate will work closely with local finance teams, FP&A, Shared Services and Group Controlling to ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls and compliance with accounting standards. The role will also play an important part in the continued development of OneStream-based reporting and business intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Support consolidated reporting processes across multiple entities and systems.
• Review, document and coordinate US GAAP to IFRS adjustments and other technical accounting matters.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS reporting requirements and Group Accounting policies.
• Perform balance sheet reviews, account reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Support period-end close activities and key accounting estimates, including accruals and reserves.
• Act as a key user of OneStream, supporting reporting, forecasting and data reviews.
• Partner with finance teams, business stakeholders and external auditors on reporting and accounting matters.
• Drive reporting standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop analytical reporting solutions using Power BI or similar tools. What We Are Looking For
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 5-8 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Controlling, Accounting or Audit.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with US GAAP reporting and/or US GAAP-to-IFRS reconciliations and adjustments.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience with consolidation, reporting or performance management tools, preferably OneStream.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work across complex reporting environments. Languages
• Fluency in English is required.
• Any additional European language is considered an advantage.
