In Ferchau Valencia are seeking an experienced Senior FES Specialist to support industrial and automotive manufacturing clients in the deployment and continuous development. We are currently looking for Senior FES Specialists to join strategic industrial transformation projects across Europel. This position is focus on implementing and developing Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence systems within automotive and industrial manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will lead plant transformation initiatives, drive Lean Manufacturing culture, improve operational performance, and ensure the deployment of world-class manufacturing standards across production facilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation, development, and sustainability of the Faurecia Excellence System (FES).
• Drive Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing initiatives within manufacturing plants.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead structured continuous improvement projects.
• Facilitate Lean workshops including:
• Kaizen
• Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
• Problem Solving Sessions
• Optimize productivity, quality, delivery performance, cost efficiency, and lead times.
• Support production teams in solving complex operational challenges.
• Standardize manufacturing processes and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor plant teams in Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Conduct FES assessments and internal audits.
• Promote a strong culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Language
• Fluent English
• Fluent French KPIs: Monitor and improve:
• OEE
• Productivity
• Scrap Rate
• Quality Performance
• Lead Time
• Delivery Performance
• Lead structured problem-solving activities using: 8D,A3,PDCA and 5 Why's
• Develop and execute action plans to eliminate operational losses.
• Support plant leadership in achieving Operational Excellence objectives. Requirements
Education:
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Organization, or a related discipline. Professional
Experience:
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
• Strong automotive background preferred.
• Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence systems.
• Hands-on experience with FES (Faurecia Excellence System) or equivalent systems. Technical
