Here’s the lowdown on what your role will actually look like (spoiler alert: it’s awesome) We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Team What you'll be rocking:
• Draft, review and negotiate contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities and assess legal implications.
• Drive contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process and contract execution.
• Interpretation of contracts and advice to sales managers on legal strategy and contractual responsibilities.
• Draft legal letters regarding breach and/or termination of agreements, warning letters in liaison with the IP department.
• Draft and review marketing authorization deeds of transfer. Liaise with notary public and counterparts to execute such transfers.
• Liaise with and manage external lawyers inside and outside Spanish jurisdiction
• Assistance in keeping and developing the Ecosystem Compliance Model. What you bring to the table:
• At least 7 years of experience in similar functions.
• Strong business knowledge of legal & compliance.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sector is a must. Educational milestone:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Master’s degree in International Business, pharmaceutical law or similar.
• Excellent level of scientific and business English, spoken and written.
• Excellent computer skills, specifically Google Workspace. Your key superpowers:

• Capable to work autonomously.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good in negotiations. Persuasive and encouraging.
• Capable to work under pressure.
