• Apply IT security, access management and business continuity standards.
• Establish common aftersales data definitions, KPIs and BI dashboards for European management and headquarters. Required experience and qualifications
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in IT or digital project/product management, including at least 3 years working with automotive aftersales or dealer systems.
• Experience deploying systems across multiple European countries and collaborating with headquarters outside Europe.
• Strong understanding of automotive aftersales processes and relevant systems, such as DMS, warranty management, parts catalogues, technical information systems or CRM.
• Good understanding of API integration, cloud platforms, data management, BI tools and AI applications.
• Working knowledge of EU regulations affecting automotive aftersales systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills, with a structured, practical and data-driven approach.

Relevant automotive aftersales systems experience may come from an automotive manufacturer, dealer group, software provider, systems integrator or IT consultancy. Why join This is an opportunity to help build the European aftersales systems landscape of a growing global automotive group.
