Industrial Controlling Specialist 📍 FMG Please submit your CV in English. We are looking for an Industrial Controlling Specialist to join the Finance and Controlling team at FMG. In this role, you will work with operational and financial data, support the implementation of key performance indicators, and help improve reporting across the organization. Your responsibilities
• Provide operational support for the OPS KPI implementation project.
• Consolidate, validate, and analyze data from Production, Quality, Logistics, Inventory, and Human Resources.
• Analyze production data to identify deviations, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of data used for internal and Group reporting.
• Participate in the development of operational KPIs and dashboards.
• Prepare periodic reports for management.
• Support cost control activities and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and results-monitoring processes.
• Develop automation and analytical solutions to improve the efficiency of reporting and data analysis.
• Cooperate with Finance, Management, Production, Quality, Logistics, Inventory, Human Resources, and the wider Corporate Group. What we are looking for
• University education in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Business Administration with an analytical focus, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in an industrial environment, data analysis, controlling, continuous improvement, or reporting is an advantage.
• English at a communicative level B2 level.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage, process, and structure complex information.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to cooperate across different departments.
• Curiosity and genuine interest in understanding how a factory operates. Additional skills that will be valued
• Power BI and Power Query
• ERP systems such as IFS, BAAN, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
• Statistical analysis
• Reporting and process automation
